This warranty is made and will be serviced by the independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet that performed the repairs identified on the face of your repair invoice. This warranty will also be honoured by any participating independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet in Canada and the United States* if you require warranty service 40 or more kilometres from the location where the warranted original service was performed.
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser, and the motor vehicle identified on the original repair invoice. It applies only during the warranty periods stated in this folder.
*Not all services are provided by all Goodyear Tire & Service Network locations.

If you experience a warranty-related problem, take this warranty information and your repair invoice to the independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network provider that performed the service. If you are more than 40 kilometres from that location, you must go to the nearest independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet.
An independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network provider will be identified with a sign or window decal shown on the T&SN page. All Network providers in Canada are independently owned and operated. Ask provider for details. You can call 1-800-426-0733, toll-free, to find the nearest independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet. This service will identify the provider closest to your location.

This independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet warrants that the performed repairs will be free from defects in material or workmanship for either 24 months from the date of repair or 40,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, provided, however, that for selected services the warranty period is as specifically outlined on this website.
If you experience a warranty-related problem with the repaired vehicle as a result of a defect in either workmanship or material during the warranty period, the independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network outlet will perform the repairs again, including parts and labour, under the terms of the warranty as outlined. Warranty repairs do not extend original warranty periods. In addition, if a vehicle is more than 40km from the original repair facility and requires being towed, a towing benefit on “Approved Claims” up to $50.00 will be applied.

Warranty repair costs are covered up to the cost of the original repair. Exclusions apply. See EXCLUSIONS.

This limited warranty does not cover engine/transmission replacement, internal repairs, differentials, tires, or batteries. Separate warranties may be available for those products from the independent outlet where the original repair was performed.
This limited warranty does not apply to vehicles used commercially.
The warranty that applies to repairs on vehicles used commercially is 90 days from the date of repairs or 6,500 kilometres, whichever comes first.
IMPORTANT: Please bookmark this page and keep your service invoices. These documents are required in order to exercise your warranty privileges.
This warranty is only for you, the original purchaser, and the vehicle serviced. It is not transferable. Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damage and any loss of profit or the like are excluded and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other statutory warranty whatsoever. In the event that provincial law precludes the exclusion of any such implied warranties, any such surviving implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of this warranty and shall exclude consequential, incidental,. or indirect damages as well as any loss of profit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from province to province.
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you (but in no event shall the inapplicability of such limitations or exclusions invalidate any other terms of this warranty).
A purchaser of these warranted products or services has the right to have warranty services performed during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the vehicle has been out of the original purchaser’s hands for warranty repairs. If a covered condition exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the condition has been fixed. The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the original purchaser, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the condition and the buyer notifies the independent Goodyear Tire & Service Network provider which performed the warranted service of the failure of the repairs within 60 days after they were completed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the condition has not been fixed, the original purchaser may return his/her vehicle for a replacement of parts, if applicable, or a refund, in either case, subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage. This time extension does not affect the protections or remedies the original purchase has under any law which applies.
The GOODYEAR SPRING PROMOTION EVENT is a manufacturer’s mail-in rebate. This is a consumer tire rebate event for select Goodyear tires. To qualify for this event, you must purchase your eligible tires between March 11, 2024, and the expiry date of June 30, 2024. One mail-in rebate form per sales receipt/invoice. Limit one (1) mail-in or online rebate per qualifying purchase, per visit. Limit one (1) rebate form per tire purchase, per envelope. Limit four (4) rebates per individual consumer, per promotion period. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated on the selling price before the rebate. Purchase of a minimum of a set of four tires is required to receive the full rebate amount. Rebates are also available per tire on a prorated basis with a minimum purchase of four tires and a maximum purchase of six tires per sales receipt/invoice. The consumer must submit the rebate form online or fill out and mail the form along with a copy of the original sales receipt/invoice to the address printed on the form postmarked on or before July 31, 2024. Offer is only open to residents of Canada and is only valid for tire purchases from a participating Canadian retailer that operates a retail location in Canada. This mail-in rebate offer cannot be combined with any other Goodyear rebate offer. This is a consumer rebate that also applies to business-to-business purchases, excluding tires sold to national accounts, government accounts, P&R accounts, secondary supply points, other retailers or any other delivery for the account of Goodyear. All sales receipts/invoices submitted must include detailed product and customer sold-to information to be eligible for rebates.
